Exosomes Microneedling Treatment

Exosomes

Advanced skin regeneration to improve hydration, texture and elasticity, leaving skin looking smoother, healthier and naturally rejuvenated.

FAQS

What Are Exosomes?

Exosomes are an advanced regenerative treatment designed to support the skin’s natural repair and renewal processes. Rich in signalling molecules, they help encourage communication between skin cells and can support collagen and elastin production.

Exosomes are used alongside microneedling, which creates tiny channels in the skin and allows the exosome serum to be applied directly following treatment.

The treatment can help improve overall skin quality, hydration, texture and elasticity, while softening the appearance of fine lines and leaving skin looking fresher and more rejuvenated.

What Can Exosomes Help With?

Exosome treatments can be particularly beneficial for improving:

  • Fine lines and early signs of ageing

  • Uneven skin tone and texture

  • Dull or dehydrated skin

  • Skin firmness and elasticity

  • Pigmentation

  • Overall skin quality and radiance

How Are Exosomes Used With Microneedling?

Lily combines exosomes with microneedling to create a more intensive regenerative facial treatment. Microneedling stimulates the skin's natural healing response and collagen production, while the exosome serum is applied immediately afterwards to support the skin's recovery and rejuvenation. The treatment will be tailored to your skin and your individual concerns.

When Will I See the Results of my Exosomes Treatment?

Skin renewal happens gradually, so improvements develop over the weeks following treatment. You may notice your skin looking fresher and more hydrated initially, with further improvements in texture and overall skin quality as collagen production continues.

Lily will recommend the most appropriate number and frequency of treatments for your skin during your consultation.

What Is the Downtime?

You can expect some redness and sensitivity immediately after treatment, similar to mild sunburn. This usually settles within 24–72 hours, although some dryness or light flaking can occur as the skin heals.

Is the Treatment Painful?

Most people describe the treatment as a mild tingling or buzzing sensation rather than painful.

Are There Any Side Effects?

Temporary redness, sensitivity, mild swelling, dryness or flaking can occur following treatment. Lily will discuss the treatment with you beforehand and make sure it is appropriate for your skin.

What Is the Aftercare?

After your treatment, you will be sent full aftercare instructions. It's particularly important to protect your skin from sun exposure and avoid potentially irritating skincare products while your skin recovers.

Will I Have A Consultation Before the Treatment?

Absolutely. Lily will discuss your skin concerns and what you would like to achieve, explain the treatment and answer any questions before deciding whether exosomes are right for you.
